Uni, ministry must explain fees hike

THE University of PNG, the Secretary and Minister for Education should explain why the 2017 tuition fees have been increased to a staggering K10,000 per student.
Students, parents, sponsors and the public have the right to know.
Some students who cannot afford this will be missing out on their GPA grading after working so hard for the past few years.
