A ta xi service is planning on providing the best customer service to city residents.
Airport Transport Service, Chairman, Wingti Mara, said the firm prided itself in providing the best customer service and was planning on providing uniform and identifying card for its drivers.
“The shirt would carry the company logo on the right and the driver’s full name on the left,” he said.
He said the idea was to provide a reliable and best customer service which would help customers to recover lost items.
“In most cases, when a customer loses an item, it was hard to recover it, as the customers cannot provide accurate and reliable information which would help us to recover their lost item.”
The company celebrated its first year of business last week.
