University business

THE Government expects us to make money and that is what we are doing, says University of Goroka chancellor Joseph Sukwianomb in a report in The National newspaper.
How sad is that? The government is forcing our institutions – the public institutions which were established to serve our people, to educate our people, and to elevate our people to become the backbone of our nation ¬– to venture into businesses.
Is this change in direction constitutional?
