Unlawful police raids must stop

 THE recent reports on police raids over civilians and residents in the capital city has escalated to a level where we begin to wonder whether such raids are sanctioned by those in control or command, or is that done as one pleases.

I know that Police Commissioner Gari Baki will take action against these unlawful acts.

He must control unruly policemen in marked or unmarked vehicles raid trade stores and steal beer and money from traders who have proper trading licences.

Let’s not forget that when you conduct a raid, your actions directly affects the very lives of civilians mainly families or mothers and children.
