Waigavara gone silent

 I AM wondering why the MP for Okapa, Isaac Waigavara, has been silent since his victory in last year’s general election.

We voted for him in the hope that he would bring about much-needed services to improve the district and our lives.

Nothing has happened and we have not heard from him.
