Waiting to get paid

The National Letters

BEFORE the start of the 2017 general elections, the chief secretary announced the deployment of 90 state lawyers to provide legal advice to election officials around the country.
A total of K1.2 million was paid into the Department of Justice and Attorney-General to fund this programme.
To date, those lawyers and service providers haven’t been paid.
As a service provider, I am not happy that the services I provided haven’t been paid for.
