What is Finschhafen MP doing?

 I DO not know why other provinces are developing their electorates by providing better services while we, the people of Finschhafen, are way behind. Should the MP look into this and get something done out there? Roads, especially, is the main aspect that will make life easier for the people. I hope the MP understands the situation, but he never seems to attempt to do anything.
