What’s with the delay, nasfund?

I WOULD like to comment on nasfund’s delay of payments to some of its members.
If nasfund doesn’t have any procedural issues, then I will begin to suspect that they are having cash flow problems.
After eight weeks and seven visits to the Lae branch, I was successful in getting monthly support in motion.
I was expecting another payment last week (end of the month), however, nothing went through into my account.
When I enquired on Monday, Nov 1, they told me: “Your payment has not been processed due to late contributions from your employer coming through.
“The system detected these late contributions being allocated and ceased the payments.”
We understand that, but I am still following up today (Thursday, Nov 4).
I have not received any feedback on when they are paying me so what is the real problem?
