Who owns NCSL?

Letters

THE conduct of a staff towards Nasfund Contributors Savings and Loan Society (NCSL) members in its Lae office last Friday has prompted me to raise this concern.
I witnessed a confrontation around 2pm where two NCSL members were at the online terminal discussing online services when a male staff (probably a new staff) stood up from the counter and ordered the two members to go outside.
The manner and approach in ordering the members out provoked other members to argue with him.
I note two things that I, on behalf of all contributing members, would like to request the NCSL management and board to verify.
The staff was heard telling the members “you do not own NCSL”.
Now, can NCSL clarify to its members the ownership of NCSL?
Is NCSL 100 per cent owned by members or other entities?
I have been with NCSL for almost nine years thinking that NCSL is owned by members, but now I have questions regarding this.
A staff in ordering and removing members from the client service centre raised the questions on the purpose of establishing branches nationwide.
What is the purpose of establishing member service centres without attending to members and their queries?
Is NCSL prioritising its interest on other things rather than its members?
