Why talking too much?

WITH the notion and believe that when a new Government is in place or formed PNG will go into a transformation.
This might not happen in view of what the new Prime Minister Marape.
He seems to be a talker telling stories.
The Government has changed why talking too much. Where is the vision to continue what O’Neill has stopped from?
The former Prime Minister Peter O’Neill is a right man for PNG.
He transformed the country in a very short term.
Even former Prime Ministers did not perform, but Peter O’Neill MP can do huge differences for the country.
