Will rugby play-offs go on or not?

 AS a follower of the Hohola off-season rugby league, I want the president of the competition to explain why he is delaying the finals play-offs.

It has been more than a month since it has been put off and I wonder if the games will be played or not. 

Please, president, could you clarify to the public,  why you are not conducting the finals?
