A VEHICLE driving through huge potholes in Madang town. Residents have been appealing to authorities to do something about the terrible conditions and recently, Beon jail commander Andrew Polis also raised concern that the road needed to be fixed as they transported prisoners between court and the prison regularly. He said there had been instances of jail vehicles stopping for repairs and prisoners escaping.
