A patient from Ulisalolo sub-health centre in Esa’ala, is being taken in a dingy to  the boat clinic Kula Spirit to be taken to East Cape where she will go in an ambulance to Alotau provincial hospital for medical treatment.
Kula Spirit and Spacim Pikinini-PNG have been providing health services to the people of Alotau.
People who live in Papua New Guinea’s rural areas lack basic services like health, roads and education. Because of their geographic location the people miss out.
