THE Cocoa Development Project in Finschhaffen, Morobe, saw its first export of cocoa beans with 77 bags loaded onto a barge for shipment to Lae last week. This was the result of a partnership between Finschhaffen district authority and PNG Cocoa Board in 2019 which began with the nursery of 50,000 hybrid cocoa variety seedlings in two locations in Finschhaffen.
