The main bus stop in downtown Port Moresby is expected to see some changes soon. Yesterday morning, workers began removing cement slabs from around the bus station, piling them along the walkway in preparation for what will come next. This major upgrade and beautification of the bus station will, hopefully, also see the construction of an open-air building for passengers to shelter from the daily scorching heat and the once-in-a-while rain.
