Simple traffic rules are ignored most of the time by drivers. These then results in car accidents causing injuries  and deaths. Drivers should always follow traffic rules. Pictured is a PMV bus which toppled into a drain at the road junction of Bumbu Police Barracks in Lae. The driver is believed to be a new driver.
