Please allow me to express my frustration over foolish people who simply collect their rubbish and dump them along the Bulolo Highway between 9-Mile Bulolo Junction and Markham Bridge. These are mostly household rubbish. They seem to come from Lae city. Maybe they are trying to avoid paying the town authority for rubbish collection. Whoever dumped them there, please I urge you to stop it. It shows how stupid you are and you should be ashamed of yourselves. This is our country and let’s show some care and respect.
