Pigs are still roaming freely at Goroka main market, eating rubbish and being a nuisance. To date nothing much has been done to address the issue and the number of stray pigs at Goroka market continues to rise. Lately a herd of cattle were seen heading to the market from North Goroka. When pigs do this, they make rubbish worse for human beings.
