THIS drain along Hagwa Street at Boroko, in Port Moresby, is filled with rubbish and plastic waste.
People use it as a waste dump.
Coronation Primary School is just across the road and Boroko market on the next street.
Not only is this an eyesore, it presents health risks.
True, Apec has come and gone, but that does not mean we should go back to our old ways of throwing rubbish anywhere.
