IT has been raining in Lae, and a clogged drain located at Nine Street in Top Town, was flooded creating a small pool that covered half of the road.
That road is located close to a fuel service station and vehicles have trouble accessint the service station.
Such ignorance could eventually lead to the destruction of roads.
