THE Students of Milfordhaven Elementary School in Lae have been having 2-hours of classes daily since the beginning of this year.
This was because the school’s water supply was disconnected due to outstanding bill. Pictured are children playing at the school.

Lae district administration gave the school K10,000 to settle the bill but it was diverted for other use by the teacher-in-charge.
