THIS drain is located in front of the NCD Traffic Office at Boroko in Port Moresby and the bustop where street venders sell their goods.
The drain is filled with plastics, cardboards, betel nut husks and spits. Such rubbish in drains lead to it being clogged and causing floods during the rainy seasons.
Authorities responsible should get the drain cleaned while people should be reminded to dispose their rubbish at the right place.
