DRAINS in the National Capital District are being used as rubbish bins by people and street venders.
This drain at Boroko is filled with empty plastic bottles, metals and paper products.
With rainfall expected this month, we would experience flooding because the drains would likely to get blocked because of these rubbish.
People should be more responsible.
