The Border Development Authority boats that were put at AES port in Kodurica in the Hiri west of Central, have drifted towards a village belonging to a Tatana clan opposite the AES port.
Locals and the company raised concerns that the boats contained fuel and oil and would spill anytime and contaminate marine life as the ships were rusty.
Can the National Maritime Safety Authority take action?
