This is one of the many solar lights that was vandalised in North Goroka, Eastern Highlands.
This solar light along the road from Goroka public cemetery to North Goroka, had its top box missing.
These street lights were installed by the former Eastern Highlands governor.
The Governor and Goroka MP need to fix this problem for the safety of the Eastern Highlanders.
