Works Dept needs urgent changes

 SO much public funds have been pumped into the Works Department but the work output does not balance with the monies spent.

Can the Secretary for Works review the  structure and have a wider workforce  base.

 The current structure has too many directors, regional works managers and executives with hardly any experienced engineers on the ground in the privinces to do the real work.

The current setup has all contract documentation, scope of works, claim certificates and other functions at headquarters but the actual work is being done in the provinces. 

Urgent changes are needed within DoW to ensure that public funds are effectively spent.
