NCD Darts name squads

NATIONAL Capital District Darts Association has selected its men’s and women’s train-on squads for the national championships which will take place in Kavieng, New Ireland, from Sept 11-17.
President Dr Kapua Kapua said 30 men and 16 women had been selected to push for spots in the final squads to the Papua New Guinea Darts Federation-sanctioned tournament.
“The squads begin training next Sunday,” he said.
“They will have to meet specific standards and requirements to retain their spots.
“Training attendance, commitment and a clean disciplinary record will also come into effect.
“A final travelling squad will be determined closer to departure.
“Congratulations to all the players who have made the squad.
“We wish you well in your preparations and God bless.”
