A new leader for Angoram

I WOULD like to congratulate Ludwig Schul­ze for becoming the new MP for Angoram.
Arthur Somare’s de­feat showed that the people wanted a change.
Angoram needs a new district administrator and this person must live in the district.
We also need a new police station comman­der and a major overhaul in the district public service.
Somare’s defeat was his own doing.
The people needed to see their leader on the ground bringing deve­lopment and progress.
The people of An­go­ram must now take ow­nership of their district if they want to see change and progress.
