Alleged assault on teacher a disgrace

I READ with sympathy about a physical assault of the Lae Play School head mistress on Monday on the first day of the school year.
It seems the national scout’s administrator had allegedly sanctioned the physical assault of the school head mistress by scouts in uniform.
This is a total disgrace for the scout movement in Papua New Guinea and the rest of the world.
What are the mottos of the scout movement?
Is it to assault and manhandle people, I wonder?
I am calling on the Lae police to identify those involved and charge them.
