Letters

COVID-19 has increased during the last few months.
As a result, the education calendar is already affected.
After seeing the pandemic wave path, one can see that it is mostly affecting the urban areas.
Rural areas have fewer Covid-19 cases than the urban areas.
Schools in the remote areas of the country should continue their academic year.
The Education Department has divided such schools as disadvantaged schools, thus, they could be exempted from disruption due to Covid-19.
Class disruption in such schools tend to take time to recover.
