Ban plastic bottles

AT about 7.30am on Feb 4 I was caught in traffic on my way to work.
As I was staring out of the window of my car I noticed an old man with a bag over his shoulder which was full of used 500ml plastic containers.
He had just picked up another container he had found but this particular container was full of what appeared to be urine.
I watched in horror as the guy nonchalantly poured out the urine and put the container in his sack with the other containers he had collected.
No doubt the containers were destined to be filled with either cold water or juice.
I urge all residents to abstain from drinking water or juice from these used plastic containers as you are putting your health at risk.
