Has Mori adhered to the undertaking of Prime Minister Peter O’Neill for an investigation report to be presented back to Parliament on the Koiari landowners’ balance of K9.8 million?
The matter was reported through the daily newspapers dated Feb 23 with a new twist.
Mori attempted to justify his actions through the media rather than follow the parliamentary process to report back on the matter.
He should have submitted a report to the speaker of parliament to clear the matter before going to the media.
Mori should have waited to seek leave in the next sitting to report and clarify the same.
