I WRITE as a concerned shareholder of Sai Business Group Inc.
This group was formed by the rural people of Bulolo and Menyamya districts of Morobe and comprise of 2226 shareholders.
It is the second major shareholder of Mainland Holdings Ltd.
The shareholders of Sai Business Group have been deprived of their rights to know its standing.
There have been no annual general meetings, and no dividends being paid out to shareholders for 20 years now.
We the shareholders of Sai Business Group are now calling on the current management to tell us what has happen to our investments and its standing.
It is time to tell the 2226 shareholders of Sai Business Group where all our dividends have gone.

In regards the statement above,there are many shareholders are still alive so any current updates that can need to paying back to them Or NO.
The share holders deserve to get their dividends. The shareholders have been reprieved from their rights, their dividends entitlements are over due for payment.
Who ever the current chairman of Sai Business Group must address the issue and pay out the share holders honestly . Service Provider within the Watut community.
