Bigger network a joke

THE bigger and better network is fast becoming a joke.
There is a never-ending congestion and you either cannot get a line or the call fails after a minute or so.
Digicel may claim their rates are low but with all the dropped calls and failed SMS, you end up wasting your credits and more money.
You are not even compensated for this!
Its mobile phones may be affordable to many people but unfortunately, they do not last.
Is that how it is recouping its money after splashing huge amounts on advertising?
