New boss for chamber
Stacey O’Nea is the new chief executive officer for the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. O’Nea has over 15 years of experience in professional, administration, event management, marketing and media. She has a diverse background and previous experience working with the Business Council of PNG. O’Nea graduated with a bachelor of political science from the University of PNG in 2000, obtained a post-graduate diploma in international political economy with honours from UPNG, studied international relations and diplomacy at the Centre D’etudes Diplomatiques at Strategiques in Paris, France in 2003-2002. She completed a law degree at UPNG in 2015 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer after attending the PNG Legal Training Institute in 2016.

Landowners association
YANTA and Hengambu landowner associations’ position papers submitted for Wafi-Golpu project are not supported with incorporated land group (ILG) certificates as guarantee for approval, says Bulolo district chief executive Tae Gwambelek. He said the position papers were presented to Deputy Prime Minister Charles Abel, Mining Minister Johnson Tuke and Morobe Governor Ginson Saonu on Feb 14.
