Bulolo business

WITH reference to a letter published on Feb 27 regarding Sai Business Group Inc, I am adding this as an observer.
This Business Group was formed through the hard work of the faithful and committed simple people of Bulolo District comprising of 22 villages mainly from Watut LLG and Menyamya District. They comprised 46 villages in the Kapao LLG area totaling up to 2562 shareholders according to the last updated Sai Business Group share register of 2007.
The simple and hardworking shareholders have this trust and hope of benefiting from their investment.
Sai Business Group then bought shares in Mainland Holdings Limited and owns 200,000 ordinary shares, according to the 2007 share register update, which makes it the second major shareholder.
The shareholders of Sai Business Group have not benefited from their investment in Mainland Holdings Limited through Sai or informed of any new developments within the business group through annual general meetings.
Sai Business Group was subjected to an in-house court battle for more than 13 years between different factions of the shareholders fighting to claim legitimacy of the business group management team.
This business group has the potential to expand if good people who are god-fearing, honest, committed and transparent take over as management to serve the interest of the business group and its shareholders.
