Call for Morobe public servants to improve, serve

Public servants in Morobe have been told to improve their daily work performances and attitudes by conducting themselves aptly to serve the desired human needs.
Morobe Governor Ginson Saonu, pictured, and administrator Bart Ipambonj told 7000 public servants to keep phase with current trend of changes in social-political, economical and technology to think creatively by ensuring likeable work places to ensure a better growth for the province.
Saonu said: “Fit yourselves into the shoes of villagers, feel their struggles and pain and serve the human needs accordingly.
“Never be obsolete and narrow minded in your thinking caps only to serve the organisation for your bread and butter, no.”
Saonu and Ipambonj address the workers during dedication service of provincial administration staff led by Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) church Pastor, Henry Monape on Friday.
