Close TFF accounts during holidays

ALL elementary, primary, secondary and tertiary institutes academic year will end this week and all TFF accounts should also be closed by the Education Department.
There should not be any withdrawals of funds until classes resume next year.
Public accounts will close on Dec 14 and it should include all TFF accounts.
As a former treasurer of an elementary school in NCD, I have noticed that funds were abused even during school holidays.
Authorities in the Education Department should ensure that all TFF accounts should be closed together with the public accounts so head teachers, head masters/mistresses, principals and board chairmen’s do not misuse any surplus money from TFF accounts.
