Coffee punch is indeed deadly, Health Minister

I REFER to the Health Minister’s “Coffee punch can be deadly” remarks.
For his information, coffee punch is a deadly drink.
Look at those who consume it – if they are not dead, their speech is impaired, they lose control of their mental faculties and end up terrorising the communities.
It is high time that “coffee punch” is banned.
I hope the minister implement the ban immediately.
