Consider safety when building

SOME property and business owners defy public safety and convenience when they build.
An example of this can be found at Kamkumung at the junction of Keso Gedec Crescent and Milford Haven Road, right below the PNG Power distribution lines.
There is a three-storey building in which I am wondering where the car park is going to be.
I may be wrong but it appears to a commercial building in a residential area.
I wonder if our authorities are keeping up with these developments.
