Coppermoly names new secretary

COPPERMOLY Ltd has appointed Paul Schultz as company secretary with immediate effect.
Schultz is a certified public accountant with a business degree.
He has more than 20 years experience in business administration and statutory reporting.
With a professional background in commercial accounting and public practice, Schultz is a graduate and associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
He has been the chief financial officer of Coppermoly since last July.
