Court stops email being made public

THE National Court in Waigani has granted a restraining order that the contents of an email containing allegations of fraud at the International Education Agency of PNG Ltd be not made public.
The email titled “Fraud at the IEA”, was sent out on March 21 to 197 people and the media.
The media are restrained from publishing the email until the matter returns to court for an inter-parte hearing next week Friday.
The restraining orders granted by Justice J. Thompson were obtained by lawyers representing IEA board chairman Mea Ravu.
