Defer LLG election

MY good Prime Minister, the Apec meeting is hosted by our country and the nation is with your government. I appeal for the deferral of the LLG elections to next year.
The reason being that the LLGs must take part in Apec and showcase potential natural resources development areas, SMEs, so theymay find opportunities to generate revenue.
The earthquake struck four provinces and the LLG elections in July will deny their democratic right to elect their leaders.
Outstanding monthly allowances for councilors have not been paid.
Any suggestions from councillors throughout Papua New Guinea?
