I would like to let you know about my disappointments with Kina Bank’s Lending Department.
Following up with my loan application has been going on for days without anybody answering calls or replying to emails.
Calls are allegedly ignored and emails are not responded to by officers.
This is frustrating and shows how arrogant these officers are.
The top management needs to shake this section up.
