Do not tax people who are born on PNG soil

 THE income tax is killing the citizens of PNG.

Why not only tax the people who become citizens through paper agreements as they are here mostly to benefit from the labors of born citizens?

If it is transparent in most cases that the public funds for the people’s good are often being stolen, than why take from them? 

It is normal in PNG now reading about policemen and members of PNGDF showing no gratitude and respect to the people who pays them with the hours they struggle for their individual living (tax).  

PNG is not yet a safer place for its born citizens so why take from them? 

We own this land so let the land pay for our debts and have every people of PNG gain from our land.
