Doko: Future is on human development

 A member of the Autonomous Bougainville Government says Bougainville has lost many lives during the crisis and in this crucial era of rehabilitation and rebuilding, young people must be factored into the vision of the region.

Vice Minister for Mining Noah Doko saidc at the graduation ceremony of a self-management clinic conducted by the National Youth Development Authority and United Nations Population Fund in East New Britain.

Doko thanked the two organisations for helping to build the capacity of his youth leaders.

He said the future of Bougainville must be built on human development first before others.

He said human development was crucial for future and development.
