THE Digicel mobile system to purchase EasiPay can get confusing.
On the night of April 17, around 7pm, when attempting to purchase power units through my Digicel SIM, the following feedback popped up: “Easipay Service currently offline. Sincere Apologies for the inconvenience. Please try after 2 hours.”
So I tried after two hours at 9pm but still the same response till morning.
Every time the transaction failed, I noticed my units were deducted toea by toea.
What kind of service is this where if transaction fail, credits continue to be deducted?
If such network failure are happening, please notify customers via text messages instead of sending those unproductive scam game text messages to the public .
It’s very annoying. Can the relevant authorities investigate?
