Facilities for Aussie rules

AN article in The National last January said Colts Oval, the official home of Australian rules football, would undergo a major redevelopment, which will see the construction of a clubhouse plus amenities, seating for spectators and upgrade of the field.
Can the authorities kindly update the AFL community on the status of this major re-development?
This was raised by ‘Concerned Citizen’ on April 3, 2018.
Our PNG Mosquitoes have won three gold (2008, 2014 and2017) and three silver (2002, 2005 and 2011) from six international AFL cups (excluding Australia). The code deserves more.
Upgrading the home of POM AFL will only improve the standard of the code.
