Federation set for darts c’ship

THE National Darts Federation has scheduled its annual general meeting (AGM) and club championship on June 4-8 with Kauka Darts Association appointed to host the tournament at Kirakira village, Port Moresby.
The federation will also be conducting training for technical officials and is inviting interested associations to affiliate before the championship.
“June 4 is for team registration,” the federation said in a statement.
“The tournament start on June 5 with the finals and presentation on June 8.
“The AGM will be on June 6 to elect the new office bearers for the next four years.”
The tournament format will see the men and women’s doubles and the team games.
Interested associations are asked to pay K500 to qualify for the championship. Clubs participating will pay K300 and K50 per player.
