Snr Insp Tabali called on the seven remaining escapees on the run to voluntarily surrender to police.
He appealed to the public, especially community leaders and the relatives of the escapees, to assist police with information that would lead to the recapture the seven escapees.
He thanked those who had helped police so far in recapturing the four escapees.
